Summary
This is an example of maille within maille (also called maille squared
or maille2). Full Persian (AR: 5.2) chains are made into loops
(or rings, if you will), which are then woven into chainmail. I chose the
European 4 in 1 fivelet logo used by M.A.I.L., and encased it in a rigid
frame made up of the Captive Inverted Round (C2) (AR: 5.5) weave.
